Overview

Companies grow in two ways: by expanding product and service lines, or by expanding geographically. The Leading Growth & Expansion bundle will help you develop the strategic mindset and global perspective needed to grow in these two areas and bring your organization to the next level. In this four-day program, learn to evaluate your company's current strategies for strengths and missed opportunities, develop essential cross-cultural leadership skills and apply analytical frameworks related to global expansion and management in order to succeed in a rapidly changing global business climate.
