The Challenge

The organization, together with NYU Stern Executive Education, developed a custom program to equip its leaders with the necessary tools to create value and sustain growth in times of economic turbulence.
Executives, who often felt limited by their day-to-day schedules, wanted a chance to come off-site to think strategically about the direction of their business.
